The vision for the project was to create a clean-lined construction space, maintaining a palette of colors and materials following a modern style. Among the pieces chosen for furniture, the goal was for them to be timeless and for the space to be very comfortable to live in, without losing sight of its modern style.
The living room was created 8 years ago and its condition remains impeccable thanks to the choice of materials. The sofas and chairs are pieces from the Rene Cazares collection, a Californian brand that we distribute exclusively in Mexico.

The brand is ideal for the project as they build unique pieces, using the best materials, achieving superior comfort and durability. It retains its linear style with accessories that trigger a sense of greatness, incorporating stones and exclusive books.
This year the project was intervened again to integrate a bar area, which was achieved by expanding the TV room. We maintained the project's style by incorporating textures and colors consistent with the living room and included a custom-made game table.
In the office, we added a lattice to give personality to the space and designed the built-in cabinet to look like a library while maintaining a large desk.
