Blush Cut Vase 6"

'Cut' emerged from a series of experiments playing with the thickness and surface of hot glass to create a wavy effect. Inspired by the shimmering waves of the sea, we wanted to capture the same effect of constant play of light. By simply "cutting" the hot honey-like glass and blowing it,_x000D_
We created glass pieces that do not look solid or hard, but rather liquid and malleable. Even when inspected closely, the glass seems to change with every angle, its perception is very fluid, creating a unique dispersion of light._x000D_

Each piece is hand-blown and 'cut' and is therefore unique._x000D_
The piece has a small flattened part on the bottom so it sits firmly. Each piece is slightly unique due to its natural weight and cut shape._x000D_
